Mine Cetinkaya-Rundel and Yue Jiang elected to ASA offices

Mine Cetinkaya-Rundel has been elected as Chair-Elect 2022 for the American Statistical Association Statistical Computing Section.  Yue Jiang has been elected Secretary/Treasurer of the American Statistical Association Risk Analysis Section.
