Info Session: DOE Office of Science Graduate Student Research Program

August 25, -
The Office of Campus Research Development (OCRD) and Duke University Energy Initiative invite Duke STEM graduate students, faculty mentors, and other interested members of the Duke research community to attend an informational session for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science Graduate Student Research (SCGSR) Program. The SCGSR Program provides funding to supplement a graduate student's thesis research through collaboration with a DOE national laboratory. The research funding provides a stipend and travel expenses to allow the graduate student to work at a national lab to enhance his/her thesis research. The program makes the significant resources of a DOE national lab available to graduate students. It is open to all eligible graduate students - there need not be a pre-existing collaboration between the faculty mentor and a DOE lab scientist. Register to receive the Zoom link.
