Variance component models with fixed and random effects. Multilevel and hierarchical models for longitudinal and/or clustered data. Focus on model fitting and interpretation. Maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference and computation. Prerequisite: Statistical Science 360, 601, or 602L. Recommended prerequisite: R programming skills. Not open to students who have taken Statistical Science 410L. Instructor: Staff
