Issues with Duke's New Webmail Service
Check here if you are experiencing issues using Duke's new Webmail service at http://webmail.duke.edu/
AJAX Errors and unable to see any messages
If you get error messages about 'AJAX errors' and no messages display in your inbox, make the following change in your settings;
- Log into Duke Webmail
- Click on 'Settings' at the top
- Click on the 'ON' button next to 'Thread Support' to toggle it to 'OFF'
- Click 'Save Settings' at the top right to save this change
- Log out of Webmail and back in.
You should now see the messages in your inbox.
